Liked: Position, very nice lobby

Nice staff, neat location, just...
Liked: Good location, neat historic spot.
Disliked: We booked a “pool view” room. Got a parking lot view. Cleanliness was less than par for a “hypoallergenic space”.

Too many places to stay...
Liked: Location was good and easy walk to plaza
Disliked: When we arrived our bathroom had not been cleaned. It took more than 24 hours and 4 calls/text to front desk to get bathroom cleaned. No housekeeping for 2 night stay - had to ask for towels at front desk.

Enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Restaurant was excellent - staff and food. Main desk staff was courteous and very helpful
Disliked: Temperature was not well controlled. Elevators were refrigerators - waiting areas were very chilly.

Do not stay here, they...
Liked: Room was clean and in a great location.
Disliked: We needed to check out a day early, and provided the front desk with more than 24 hours notice. We were assured this was not an issue and that we would not be charged, but days after we had returned home we received an additional charge. I called and spoke with the accounting department, who said I was being transferred and then hung up on me. I called back several times with no answer, and I even left several voicemails with no response. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely disappointing from a Hilton.
