Liked: Location, room and facing beach.
Disliked: Very expensive for the standard. I am ceoliac and the options were limited for a 5 star hotel. Staff were good though and made GF pancakes. Granola wasn't gf but there were eggs and bacon. Foof needs to be clearly labelled re allergies - nothing labelled which is poor and potentially a problem for the hotel re reactions.

Beautiful hotel but fell short...

Liked: Amazing beach. Nice gym. Friendly staff
Disliked: Severely short staffed. 20min to speak to someone at desk. Coffee shop closes at 5. Pizza/Dessert shop closes at 6pm. They closed the main deck pool area in middle of day to accommodate a conference. Everyone got kicked out with no place to go. Have to pay to have chairs at beach but they are beyond beat up and don’t lay flat. Stayed 4 nights but house keeping only cleaned twice. Breakfast buffet was exact same food every day that we were there.
