Liked: Great room and wonderful front desk service.

We attended a convention and found it easily accessible for meetings, restaurants, and almost anything else we wanted to do. The room was nicely arranged and the bed was comfortable. We had a great time and were pleasantly surprised with the location.

Disappointing facilities and not made...

Liked: Swimming pool not cleaned with leaves in it. First night, cold shower and no shower wash in the dispenser. $3 US for a small bottle of water, no pen, no pad. Feels like everything has been stripped.Second night - cold shower again. No casting or screen mirroring, no sky, no Netflix.They changed our room with no apologies and we were given a smaller room without a tub though we specifically booked for a large room with a tubReception staff only did the bare minimum and were not friendly. No explanation or information on check in. The bar staff were much better.Everything in house was expensive. Lobby and surroundings were dated and tired looking .

Disliked: I asked for a refund because I had stayed at the property earlier in the week and the bed was giving me lower back pain. I am disabled to my spine, and currently recovering an episode that kept me in bed unable to even just sit down for 2 weeks. Because there were no free cancellation options and because of my disability I was somewhat forced to stay at the Hilton because of the conference I was attending. When I tried to explain this and ask for a refund and cancellation two days prior to this booking, the people on the phone were extremely rude and did not care just one but for my explanation and they slammed the phone in my face while I was still talking. I ended up checking in but did not actually sleep there or use the room at all basically, just because otherwise they would have just stolen my money. In addition to that, for which I will never set foot in that hotel ever again, everything else is also quite average or below average, especially the restaurant. The food often looks good but it is poor quality and not even close to justify the hefty prices. A robbery. Go somewhere else, and especially if you are disabled, nobody truly cares at Hilton.
