Liked: Location was close to race track and the shuttle was dependable
Disliked: Room location and the room heat and air conditioning thermostat was broken. I advised the manager and nothing was done to fix the problem

Great location, pretty good pricing...
Liked: The rooms were very spacious and updated. The bed was also very comfortable. The location is right next to the racetrack and they also have a complementary shuttle to take you over there and back. The pool area is very large and the patio leading out from the bar is very nice and serene to have dinner and drinks.
Disliked: Cocktails in the bar were a little steep. I was surprised also because it was happy hour.

Liked: Great location for what we're doing in San Diego. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I barely slept due to not getting comfortable.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was incredible. Helped me out with packing tape when I needed to insta hem my dress (one example)

Liked: Very pretty place. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Being so far from elevators and with no vending areas on the floors. It took so long to walk to only two elevators especially when you have disabilities. Also, I would take my dog out late at night and the gate and doors into hotel were not secure, I was bothered by my safety. Microwaves in rooms would be very handy as well with children. I feel the price was high for what you get.
