Liked: Very clean and nice hotel.
Disliked: Paying for parking.

Liked: Very pretty place. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Being so far from elevators and with no vending areas on the floors. It took so long to walk to only two elevators especially when you have disabilities. Also, I would take my dog out late at night and the gate and doors into hotel were not secure, I was bothered by my safety. Microwaves in rooms would be very handy as well with children. I feel the price was high for what you get.

Liked: The inside of the facility was very pretty, and the pool area had several patio sets and fire tables to enjoy by the pool.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room had a musky smell, there was no hand soap and the shower gel pump bottle was empty. They charged $4 for a mediocre cup of coffee in the lobby in the mornings. I felt that I everything cost extra and was overpriced. On the morning of checkout, the entire hotel lost power for 20 minutes. The backup generators did not kick in. Doors would not open because locks are electromagnetic. When we left our room to take a load of luggage to the car, we left the do not disturb sign on the handle but housekeeping still came in and cleared out the room including the food and drinks we planned to pack in our ice chest for the day. They threw it out including my Tupperware containers with fruit. It was only 9:30 am and checkout was at 11. Our stay was not a positive experience.

Don’t.

Disliked: Poorly maintained, full of people getting wasted at the bar, overpriced for quality.

Disliked: Children running around unsupervised. However, I do not view that as a “hotel problem” maybe “parent problem”
