The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

Liked: Even though I reserved the room with Breakfast I was given a hard time to receive Vouchers for Breakfast and the receptionist was arguing that I paid for Continental Breakfast .
Disliked: Pictures online doesn't show the real views from the rooms and........

I would not ever stay...
Liked: Bad Visit
Disliked: Used the secure undergrounds Parking. Someone shattered my driver's side window. Had to get my window replaced. Staff unsure of what to do manger not on site and avoided talking to us. they have security cameras but said they were not allowed to view them. I don't believe them. we never heard from the manager in the four nights we were there. we ended up parking in front of the hotel to avoided getting vandalized again. I would not recommend ever staying at this hotel.
