The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

I will NEVER stay here...

Liked: I like that I was on the 10th floor.
Disliked: Gotta paid for parking. The room was too small, the bathroom door couldn't lock, some pieces in the room were falling apart. Basically for how much I was paying, it didn't meet my expectation at all.

Liked: The front desk man that attended us was very friendly!
Disliked: My room was not clean when we arrived. The toilet paper was used, the sink was clogged, and the sheets smelled. When calling the FD to come fix the faucet and clean, they did not fix the sink and left our room door open. After calling again to complain about this and asking them to fix the faucet, we were told that they couldn’t fix it because no one was available to fix it. My friend’s room had a clogged shower drain upon arrival and flooded their bathroom. Very bad experience here.

Disliked: Ripped shower curtain, shower curtain had a large stain, no conditioner in dispenser, 2 of 3 shower towels had stained, took bartender 10 minutes to make their advertised margarita even tho I was the only customer. The fire sprinkler was completely rusted.

Disliked: Hair in bed that’s not mine, lampshade had weird stains, small reading lights on bed not working, room overall was dirty, tissue box had liquid spilt into it by previous stay, parking garage scraped bottom of Tesla while leaving.
