The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

Liked: Horrible staff. Barely responsive. Nobody picks the up the front desk.
Disliked: We were 3 people and the room didn’t have anything for third person. No sheets, no toothbrush, no pillow, no cup, nothing. The room was old and worn out. Staff spoke rudely to us whenever we asked for something. We needed help to open the sofa bed and finally got someone to come after an hour and a half. Overall horrible experience. There was nothing provided in the bathroom. Just basic soap and tissue. Not worth the price at all. Location is so so

Liked: Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The room smelled bad and stains on the furniture. The pool is small for the hotel.The rooms needed to be remodeled.Did not comply with my expectations.

Pride Weekend

Liked: Location and they refunded a room i wasn't using.
Disliked: Only 1 towel, had to call for more. Also, not sure if sheets were dirty or stained.
