The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

Disliked: When we arrived the room was not ready and was very dirty... this was our second time lived at this hotel, sorry but won?t come again...

Liked: I liked the cleanliness.
Disliked: Did not like the fact that the power went out during our stay which made it inconvenient for us. No AC which made the room hot and had to shower in the dark. Our shower also ended up clogging up. Went down to the lobby and the guy behind the check in didn?t seem concerned... and to top it off they gave someone else who checked in the same day as us (was in line infront of us) a discount due to the power going out, but yet paid no mind to us!! Definitely not coming back here.

Liked: The cleanliness and overall staff. One bad apple shouldn't spoil the bunch. The girl that checked me was rude, didn't greet me as I stood there she went right into skiing for my ID and credit card. Not a pleasant experience with her, but everyone else was very nice.
Disliked: I wasn't properly greeted as a Hilton diamond member, however when addressed by another employee he was very apologetic and accommodating.

I enjoyed the room and...
Liked: The hotel and restaurant staff were professional and extra-friendly. They responded to my questions and solved problems promptly.
Disliked: It would be great if they would explain how to use the key card thoroughly.
