Greatly disappointed by the chaos...
Liked: Breakfast ok as you can't really screw up yogurt parfait, can you? Steak sandwich & luncheon salads were excellent along with all the service provided by both the restaurant concierge & the service staff.
Disliked: Check-in was totally unacceptable....starting with..1) they didn't have my confirmation even though Booking had recently reconfirmed by confirmation (fortunately, I made copies of my confirmation from Booking who they didn't recognize & the latest Hilton confirmation); 2) the requested meeting area/room was a bed with a table for the computer & totally unacceptable for my meeting with my London clients. Fortunately, Chris the bellman & most helpful was already there on that floor & assisted me in being transferred to an upgraded bedroom with an adjoining living area that could be used for my meetings: 3) Unable to access WiFi with my Hilton Honors membership so I had to pay for the WiFi service. I then contacted the front desk regarding my HH membership only to learn that they had not inputted my membership to my account when checking in (I now have 2 membership #s & need to resolve with HH to combine into 1). The referenced chaos at the front desk & their handling of my confirmed reservation was abysmal. Although the suite was most acceptable, considering I have another meeting there next year, I'm unsure if I'll be reserving with Hilton after this ordeal.

Excellent! Room had great view...
Liked: Besides the obvious i.e. room, view, comfort, etc. I really appreciated the staff. Front desk (Anika) and Bellwoman were welcoming and helpful. We ordered room service. Was on time with great taste and presentation...
Disliked: Had an issue with billing. Manager Adriana went above and beyond the next day to correct the mistake, which gave us ease of mind. Valet parking is a bit costly, however, there is a parking structure near by that is secured and 1/3 the cost.

Not worth the money, very...
Liked: View and location, proximity to everything.
Disliked: For a Hilton, not providing free wifi to customers in their room nor the lobby (unless you use their PCs), and charging $13 and $19 for unsecure Wifi is such a shame. Especially when motels offer free wifi. Staff didn?t know what speed the internet was, which was frustrating. Also, parking was $50 a day, when 24h parking around the corner is max $25. Of course we didn?t pay that amount. So disappointed. Also, the bathroom?s air smelled like sewage through the fan, and there was no way to turn the fan off. For a Hilton, I do not recommend couples staying here. Businesses can expense everything, but for individuals, this hotel is not a smart choice.
