If attending an event at...

Liked: The location of the hotel was in walking distance to Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District and the Seaport Village. There were plenty of food options to choose from all within walking distance. I liked that the valet service provided a QR code for you to use when you wanted your car from the valet. The $15 credit per day was a nice bonus to use at the bar before the event. The room was clean and very spacious.
Disliked: There were quite a few extra fees added onto the bill for the Gas Lamp District.

Good but not the best.

Liked: Proximity to various locations and next to the sea.
Disliked: Room was not adequately cleaned. Under the furniture there was dirt and dust. At some point there was no hot water in the room.
