I was very disappointed in the room, we were there for the night only so when we got to the hotel the AC was not work well it was late so we didn't want to have anyone working on it at that time, we just wanted to sleep and we had a miserable time trying to get to sleep. I couldnt believe we had to pay you park either. Well only thing I was glad we were only staying for the night!
Liked: Good location
Disliked: AC was not working, carpet and walls looked old

Liked: I liked that we were able to leave our truck in there parking lot. On our departure I like the service they had shuttle to airport the shuttle person was nice .
Disliked: On our arrival we had a reservation. They said when we arrive to airport they said to call them so the shuttle would pick us up. I did at 7:00p.m . The reception said they would arrive in 5 minutes I waited the location they specify. It was 7:25 p.m when I call back they said he was in traffic. Airport is 8 minutes away. Finally the shuttle person arrive he discriminated there were pilots from United coming behind us saying they had to go first we paid the same price . He was rude after we waited 30 minutes for him to show up . The pilots did get on the truck first . The shuttle person threw our baggage in the truck . He was so rude . That was a bad start to really bad customer service.

Disliked: When checking-in the front desk workers are not friendly. It's like, they just want you to get your room and get out their face.The signal in the room was weak could even watch a TV show without it going on and off during a show. Call downstairs several times I never got it fixed. What's the use of having HBO if I can't watch it. Housekeeping clean the room they said that they will bring back washcloths because they ran out never got any washcloths. At 11 at night I call front desk to get washcloths and they brung me hand towels never could get any washcloths. Was not happy for the price you pay to stay at a hotel. I've stayed at several Hilton hotels and I can say that this was not the best.

Will never book a Hilton...
Liked: First- I received an unpleasent comment from the shuttle driver asuming I could not pay for a Hilton hotel and that I might be on a wrong shuttle.
2nd- Checkin took at least 30 minutes due to an unexperienced clerck.
3rd- AC was noisy and would not work, I called the front desk and they told me to leave it running for 40 minutes and if it didnt work they would change my room; it was 11pm my family and I were tired after an 8 hr travel so I could not wait to see if the AC would work so I decided to shut the damn thing off.
4th- The crew were unexperienced and they charged my credit card 3 times! Which now I have to be on calls with them to clarify this.
Will never be staying on a Hilton again.
