Our stay at the Hilton was most pleasant. I must say that it has been a long time since we have experienced such a pleasant and polite staff.

Liked: The rooms were very nice and spacious. I appreciated that the hotel was connected to the venue we were attending all weekend via pedways. Was a little disappointed that there was no free breakfast or free parking, but overall- great stay!
Disliked: No microwaves in room, unless requested at $10 a day. Parking was not free on the weekend and no free breakfast.

Liked: Great location. Loved the view over the Harbour.

Dirty room, terrible customer service.

Liked: We were given a dirty room that was not cleaned. Dust everywhere, dirty mirrors. No towels or face cloths. We did end up with another room that was much better. However, the girl at the desk continued to answer the phones while dealing with us. We checked in late and just wanted to go to bed. But we had to wait because she kept answering the phone.
