Hilton Saint John

Our stay at the Hilton was most pleasant. I must say that it has been a long time since we have experienced such a pleasant and polite staff.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, great location on the boardwalk and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Had a difficult time finding your location and market square for parking. We drove around for sometime before finally getting to our destination. GPS should be updated or possibly have an exact address for your hotel. Once we arrived, all was good. Thank you.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the front staff was excellent
Disliked: The bathroom was small and dated. The windows were dirty. The furniture was old and instead of replacing a ripped chair, a cover was put on it. We were expecting more luxury. We have stayed at other hotels at half the price that was better than this hotel.

To much money for everything....

Disliked: We found your restaurant menu expensive and not very much variety. For the price of room, breakfast should be included and parking.

Meh.. if you’re not set...

Liked: The location is prime
Disliked: Our room smelled musty, sheets/blankets on bed were damp.
