Disliked: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel, specifically concerning breakfast.During my stay, I was informed by your staff that breakfast would be served until 10 am. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:33 AM, I was told that breakfast had already ended. Unfortunately, the only options offered to me were croissants and coffee, which was not what I had anticipated.This experience was quite unsatisfactory for me, as I relied on the information provided by your team. I believe that clear communication regarding meal times is essential for guest satisfaction.I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Best regards,

Very relaxing
Liked: Every thing from booking in to leaving, we only had 1 night the time we spent in the hotel was the most relaxing time we’ve had in any hotel.

Disliked: The glass table seems to have been faulty, a small bump with the knee caused the glass to shatter, I was forced to pay the damage £200, the manager was rude, didn't even bothered to check my injuries from the broken glass.
