I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel, specifically concerning breakfast.During my stay, I was informed by your staff that breakfast would be served until 10 am. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:33 AM, I was told that breakfast had already ended. Unfortunately, the only options offered to me were croissants and coffee, which was not what I had anticipated.This experience was quite unsatisfactory for me, as I relied on the information provided by your team. Liked: Every thing from booking in to leaving, we only had 1 night the time we spent in the hotel was the most relaxing time we’ve had in any hotel.

Disliked: The glass table seems to have been faulty, a small bump with the knee caused the glass to shatter, I was forced to pay the damage £200, the manager was rude, didn't even bothered to check my injuries from the broken glass.
