Liked: Very friendly staff. They were all very helpful. Shuttle to the airport was a great value
Disliked: Room was either warm and muggy, or freezing cold. Tried calling for room service for breakfast and a lot of options were unavailable. Pillows did not provide any kind of support

Should pay more attention to...
Liked: I loved the room size, it was clean and large. The bathroom was spacious and updated, with an nice sized bath tub. The restaurant and bar was very good, for both breakfast and dinner, the wait staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and answered my questions. I loved the design of the hotel lobby too!
Disliked: I didn?t appreciate being ignored the entire weekend. I had to ask the front desk several times for simple things that should have already been in my room such as a do not disturb sign, we weren?t given one and when i asked for one they told me they would send it up with house keeping. Well we stayed here 2 nights and 3 days and no house keeping has come at all. We weren?t given fresh towels nobody came to clean our room or even change the sheets and towels. Remember we didn?t have a do not disturb sign so there should?ve been no reason our room was skipped all weekend. I believe the hotel was quite busy this weekend but we paid upwards of $500 to have a nice weekend and all of our concerns were completely ignored. The front desk didn?t even answer the phone when i would call so i would have to walk all the way down to the lobby just to wait in line and be rushed back to my room with no real resolution for my issues. Our room had heating/cooling issues a well. The room would get extremely hot during the night and even tho we tried turning the AC down to the lowest setting it still was scorching both nights so bad that we sweat through our sheets, that housekeeping wouldn?t come and change. I actually informed the front desk that housekeeping skipped my room and they told me ?housekeeping can?t come to your room today because they?ve already done their rounds but they can come when you leave tomorrow for checkout.? And then she sent a set of sheets to my room. I honestly felt like i was getting the bare minimum from this hotel the entire weekend. This was my first time staying at a Hilton here and it probably will be my last I?m honestly upset at how much i paid for this experience. I expected much better customer service especially from a Hotel like Hilton.

Disliked: Hotel employee were rude to us about not checking out & back in by exactly 11am each day. We had never been told this before, but were glad to oblidge. But their attitudes were both unnecessary & frankly embarrassing as Hilton Honor Diamond member

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: The air condition made this screaching noiseThey charged me 3 times and it took ALL the money off my card. Im still negative, waiting for the pendings to drop off. When i told the staff they couldn't see any extra charges but one, when there were 2 and the second one was ANOTHER 334.No accommodation was made they just told me to wait despite the fact that i was HIGHLY inconvenienced.You guys are way to upscale for this problem to happen. I wont stay again.

Disliked: I wish the restaurant had been open for dinner.
