Overall we had a wonderful...
Liked: Bedding and linens were beautiful. Bathroom nice.
Disliked: Not enough plugs you could get to at bedside and bedroom. No phone book available in room. Pillow too flat. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Worst of all were the narrow trashcans.

Liked: Room was perfect / staff awesome/ check in easy
Disliked: Attention from wait staff at restaurant was not up to par. Requested crushed red pepper for pizza 4 times from 4 different waitstaff. Finally the last person asked came through and he was not our waiter. Food was awesome and prices were good. Restaurant was not busy enough to be so slow with a request.

Liked: The staff very very friendly
Disliked: The first thing we noticed was how filthy the carpet in our hall was and absolutely disgusting in front of our door! We had been to dinner prior to our arrival, and had leftovers that had to be trashed because there wasn?t a mini fridge or microwave. We stayed here because our daughter joined the Coast Guard and shipped out for basic training training, we were looking forward to joining our last hours together without having to leave for food or drinks, which was reuined due to the lack of in room amenities. The hotel forces you to use their Starbucks or room service by only putting decaf coffee in the room with a busted coffee pot that didn?t even have a plug on that wall to be plugged into, not to mention that some of the plugs didn?t even work. The bath tub was dirty and the amount of dust built up on the headboard that blew all over the bed because I had to wedge myself between the bed and the wall in order to use my blow dryer (lack of working plugs) was nasty. My husband started referring to the hotel as the ?Filthton? and being a Hilton employee himself was completely disappointed in the amount of money spent on a disappointing experience at best! Almost forgot the hot tub had about a week worth sand in the bottom yet hours from the beach
