Liked: Everything was wonderful, the room very comfortable and clean and the view of the magnificent countryside. We were lucky we had a balcony.
Disliked: A more comprehensive menu, although we enjoyed the food we had.

Disliked: No designated taxi company linked to hotel. Given a list of 6 that we had to individually ring, which was not useful as they were unable to help with a return journey once we had gone into Tewkesbury!Rooms were very hot due to no air conditioning - we were informed that the rooms did not have air conditioning after we booked.

Very comfortable but expensive on...

Liked: Beautiful setting. Great staff on reception and Jo in cleaning on 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Easy parking and very pet friendly. Very popular with golfing community.
Disliked: No A/c in room and only one small inadequate fan in bedroom. Only one broken umbrella in bar patio area in uncomfortably hot weather. Drinks and food very expensive. Pool far too warm and not a great size for proper swimming and membership exorbitant for facilities provided. Good breakfast but expensive.
