Liked: Location was perfect for our event at Lupo's as well as the friendly hotel and parking staff.

It was awesome from the valet parking staff to the front desk staff - they we so helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I will reccommend that hotel to anyone i know.
Liked: All 5`s on positive.
Disliked: Nothing negative.

Liked: Good location for the convention center
Disliked: It's a bit outdated and the double beds were really small, hard to even fit two (tween) kids in them

Disliked: The room was ok, but the bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor, sink was disgusting.

Good hotel with indifferent staff
Liked: Good Location
Disliked: Lax attitude of the staff. I took 30 minutes to check in with 3 people. After checking in the room the key card did not work. Had to go back to the reception and wait for another 10 minutes to get the key card replacement. It took a total of 45 minutes from reaching the hotel lobby and to reach the room.

It was mediocre...
Liked: The location was ideal and central.
Disliked: The size of the room was very small for the price we paid. I wish there was a refrigerator and the lobby should always have coffee. Not the typical Hilton experience for my family...Check out was at 11 and a cleaner started knocking on every door at 9 am asking them to check out, a little odd.
