Very good

Liked: Great location and the staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable.
Disliked: We had pets so by the time we got all charges, taxes, fees, parking, etc. added into the bill it was $330 for a room with no view of the Promenade on a Wednesday night. That's pretty steep even though the hotel and staff are great.

Good but not great

Liked: This room was nice as it had a balcony, comfortable beds and roomy. I also liked the complimentary soaps and shampoo. Shower was clean, but the head lacked power...
Disliked: The extra payment for breakfast was not good. Food was warm, not hot. I didn't like that we had to walk over to the other facility, but worse was the quality of food for what we paid. Could have been better. We have been at a Hilton Home to Home in Springfield where food was included and much better.

Liked: Location and view were perfect. The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The price is high. There was no place to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Liked: It was clean and the location was great!
Disliked: We had to pay to park and it didn't have a microwave.
