Great location, great service at...

Liked: Great location and great service, had an issue as booking has canceled my reservation and i arrived without one... people at the reception politley explained what i need to look for in the emails... they were right... booking failed to book... then i created a new reservation... this time it worked... Room was good, big bed as i like.
Disliked: booking failed, for future i need to consider booking directly with hilton... unfortunatelly this trip shown that despite high booking status they still fail time to time...

Great time in Prague

Liked: Location, accommodation, spa , breakfast, staff , free water machine on each floor
Disliked: Had to wait for Hot water in the shower for 10 minutes each time .Room had view to backyard

Comfy stay

Liked: Very comfortable bed, size of the room and very clean
Disliked: Low Water pressure (shower) Pillow were too big Therefore the Sleep position was not very comfortable Hair dryer had some malfunctions No cup for tooth brush
