Our stay

Liked: The view was amazing .. a little obstructed because of where we were located? But still breathtaking !! The room was very clean .. we happened to come on a day when you had a very bad storm so even though we couldn?t enjoy the view at first we also could not enjoy the television because of the storm ..we walked around downstairs and made friends and enjoy the bar instead which was also perfect !!
Disliked: Room service was yummy but was a little cold and a long wait for the money .. was told 35 min waited almost an hour .. we ordered 1app, 2 meals , and 2 desserts and 3 beers .... in all the food was fantastic .. so not really a dislike !

Besides not being able to...

Liked: Right location for what I came for.
Disliked: Playing $3??+ for a room that wasn't ready on time for check in. The room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait for 2 hours. Never get no call to inform me that the room was ready. After spending time at the bar spending $100 +drinking and eating. Went back to check to see was the room was available and that's when they told us about the private room that we could have been waiting in all along. Next thing I know I looked up it's after 3pm no one called or nothing having to go back to see what's was taking so long this time. I was told my paper was in a stack of papers along with other customers was waiting for the room to be available by the assistant manager. I don't know about the other customer how much they were paying per night but I know if paying $300+ and I went to be in my room if not earlier or on time at 3 p.m.walking in my room. I'm disappointed thinking I was picking a big chain hotel for my getaway with my wife to go perfect and smooth but was failed. And I'm still kind of mad about that because I should have been in my room on time for the price I paid for it to travel to get there to sit and wait and for a room that wasn't ready for us to check-in at check in time on time.

Pleasant

Liked: There was a great view and the restaurant was nice.
Disliked: The air in the room did not get cold. When I got up to brush my teeth in the morning, you could actually hear the room next to going to the restroom and it was very loud. Obviously, no privacy due to thin walls.
