Great location. Good overall quality

Liked: the breakfast, at $20 was overpriced. Cold eggs and French Toast. However, when I brought this to my waiter's attention, he made me an omlet and comped me the breakfast.

This hotel is friendly, clean,...

Liked: The best part of the experience at this property was the staff members. In particular, Mike checked us in and was friendly, professional, and very understanding and helpful in accommodating our room request. We enjoyed a spectacular view of the waterfront, boats, and bridges from our 5th floor room! The valet greeted us warmly when we first arrived and encouraged us to enjoy our stay, and Craig the bartender was friendly, funny, and attentive. The lobby of the hotel is clean, spacious and bright. Our room was also clean and comfortable. This hotel is great if you want to enjoy waterfront and Old City sites and activities.
Disliked: The only negative item was the bed pillows. Although the mattress was comfortable, the pillows were like boulders-very hard. I realize that items like this are a matter of personal preference and some people may like harder pillows, but it was challenging for me to get comfortable.
