Horrible.

Liked: The looks were deceiving. Nice to look at horrible to stay.
Disliked: Upon arrival the guest services were very rude. Upon packing and getting into my room I found what looked to be old blood stained sheets. I called and asked for new linens and I was sent a thin sheet and a mattress covering. I was told no blankets were available. I find this very strange as a city that has cold weather and the inclement weather that was on the ground for my booked stay. In addition, checked out and the front desk was not helpful in my issues. As a loyal member of Hilton and I use the hotel brand for my work travel and family trips. I found this to be the worst stay ever. I had to leave and go to another hotel for my stay. In addition when asked about the $75 per night refund I was just plainly told “I would get it back” with a rude and sarcastic tone. This made my trip for work unpleasant and a terrible waste of booking.

Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: The rooms and the entire hotel were extremely clean. All the staff was very kind.
Disliked: I will say the only downfall of the hotel was that it was supposed to be pet friendly, which it was, but they did not have any areas close for a dog to be able to use the restroom and our coffee maker was broken in the room.
