Liked: Friendly bell persons (Izzy and Louie) and valet parkers. Good workout facility/gym; clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I checked in to the hotel in the middle of a workers strike, awakened by their “group noise” at 7:00am the Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was there.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful! From the front desk, to the valet to the servers at the restaurant. Great location. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the larger tv and that it offered casting ability!
Disliked: The protesters outside were not my favorite. But I understand that was not in their control.

Would come again

Liked: The location was perfect and staff amazing!!!!!! Loved the balcony and space of the room! Nice kitchenette area. Room service was good although limited selection.
Disliked: Bedsheets had a lipstick stain. Pool was not heated as described.

Liked: Great location in nice neighborhood and walking distance to train, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Currently, strike with employees, which was told to us at check-in. Loud protest each morning, which woke us up.
