Air conditioning wasn't working properly. The food and service at Tony Roma's was terrible. I almost fell on the floor of the restaurant. A waitress did fall while we were in there. The beer was hot. Bartender didn't make my drink correctly.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working properly.

The hotel and pool bar staff were amazing. Tony Roma's, not so much. Food was bad, service was worse.
Liked: Staff very friendly. Very clean.
Disliked: The restaurant on property was the pits.

Overall, very nice hotel and staff. Also, very clean. Great pool area too. Will definitely return and stay here again! So close and convenient to Cruzan/Coral Sky Amphitheatre, which we frequent often.
Disliked: No full length mirror in the room. Refrigerator wasn't very cold (even at the highest setting).

Bad
Disliked: - no remote in room- outlet socket damage and uncovered- brown stains on towels- incredibly loud banging of what sounded like metal from 12-3 an in the morning- 1am in the morning repetitive BOOM BOOM noise like someone or machine was slamming a door into a fence or lock..it vibrated to the point it made me jump out my sleep. It sounded like multiple doors was banging against metals. We tried to go back to sleep but the noise became more frequent in intervals (every 10 to 15 seconds) and louder and louder. So we called down at front desk around 1:45 am. Waited on hold for over 15min...no one picked up. Finally my husband got fed up and went outside . He saw a guy going in and out the room next to us with spray bottles and rags. He was an employee judging by his outfit. He told him politely that the repetitive banging going on for an hour has woken us all up and if he could stop . He did apologize and said he was done now. But it continued the intervals where less frequent and we turned the fan and music on so we could go back to sleep. I hung up with front desk around 2am as no one answered. It completly ruined our night. Woke up with a headache from the lack of sleep , noise, disturbance. Called the front desk to again speak with a manager or supervisor about the incident at 6:45am. Was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. Wasnt given any alternatives of ppl to talk too.Called back Monday 2x to speak to manager and was transferred to voicemail.We spent aLot of money for an experience that I would expect from a low budget motel.

Our bathroom was obviously not...
Liked: Location, pretty pool area, restaurant on site, Tony Romo?s was excellent.
Disliked: Checkin was backed up until backup arrived.

Passable
Liked: nd attended various conferences for hears. I live in the area.
Disliked: On Sunday morning (2/14) my son and daughter ion law joined me for the buffet breakfast. To say it was BAD was not even close to the problem. My daughter in law was never delivered with her water. The buffet bar had not warm food. Everything was cold . The eggs were hard and cold. The pancakes were hard and cold. The sausage was too cold to feel safe to eat. My daughter in law ate nothing. Even the boxed fruit was not cold. The waiter was OK but nobody even asked why we ate so little and had one plate not even touched. We could not identify anyone who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. When I checked out I expressed my con cern to the front desk and was just pushed off. She looked at me and aid sorry. No real effort to address this issue. I was amazed at the lack of concern in the restaurant and especially at the front desk. I feel bad about the bluntness of my comments but I was ashamed of the staff and service in the restaurant. I selected your hotel because I was having some construction work done at my home and could walk on some floors that night. I always knew it was a good place so I went there expecting more.
