Hilton Palm Beach Airport

Great place to stay. Good food; nice clean beds; small pool area, but well maintained. We had a great time staying and relaxing.

Liked: The hotel was bright and well maintained.
Disliked: The room refrigerator was not functioning properly.

The room, the staff and the food were all excellent; the hotel was easy to find.

Liked: All the staff and amenities.
Disliked: None.

I would stay again but next time if there's anything wrong, like there was this time, I will go down to the front desk to let the employees or manager know my issues. I didn't want to complain this time because I was there with my husband and without kids and I wanted to enjoy myself and I did just that. It was nice and relaxing to have time for me with my husband without distractions - we don't get much of that since we have younger kids.

Liked: Starting with the lobby - it was very appealing. The pool and bar were nice, we hung out there and met some really nice people.
Disliked: I paid a lot of money for two nights over $450 and I expected a little nicer of a room. There were stains (blood) on the sheets and comforter. The bathroom shower walls clearly had mold in grout. My husband took a shower and then picked up a towel to dry himself off but it had dirt stains on it. The hair dryer was broken, it blew air but it was a foldable one and didn't stay up - had to rig it with a hair tie. There was this nice mirror in the bathroom but a sticker that had been placed on there and then torn off but not completely. I have pictures of all of these things and plan on writing someone at the actual hotel. Also I booked my room through ConcertHotels.com and paid a down payment but that down payment didn't go towards my bill.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly. The food and service at Tony Roma's was terrible. I almost fell on the floor of the restaurant. A waitress did fall while we were in there. The beer was hot. Bartender didn't make my drink correctly.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working properly.

The hotel and pool bar staff were amazing. Tony Roma's, not so much. Food was bad, service was worse.

Liked: Staff very friendly. Very clean.
Disliked: The restaurant on property was the pits.

Overall, very nice hotel and staff. Also, very clean. Great pool area too. Will definitely return and stay here again! So close and convenient to Cruzan/Coral Sky Amphitheatre, which we frequent often.

Disliked: No full length mirror in the room. Refrigerator wasn't very cold (even at the highest setting).
