Disliked: A little disappointed in Riverview room. Not much of a view from the 19th floor you have to look over the railing on balcony to see riverwalk.

Liked: Love the people, the staff were amazing and conveniently located. Bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: Did not like the sales people located in the lobby. They were nice and friendly just wasn't expecting to be hearing a sales pitch.

Disliked: Its too close to music venues playing loud music till late

Pleasant

Liked: The room that we booked was decent looking with a balcony giving you an access view to the city/construction area. Interior design was kind of outdated. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The mattress was okay but wasn’t the best. There was a giant door that leads you to the riverwalk so that was a big difference and saves you a lot of time. Overall, our stay was good even just for a night. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

Liked: Staff are really really nice. Location is perfect. Valet parking is convenient. The room is clean.
Disliked: The construction nearby is very noisy. The elevator is out of capacity for the weekend visit. They don’t have breakfast area. The 1st floor Starbucks is expensive.
