Great little Getaway from home

Liked: The room was very clean. Nosie wasn't an issue at all. I like how there was plenty of towels. Its on the river walk so we had easy access to the bars and restaurants nearby. Valet was also great since there's no parking lot nearby.
Disliked: The pool!! It needs a lot of work. The water level in the pool was low, there was dirt or pieces of grout in the pool which made it hard to stand up in certain areas of the pool. Not very clean in or out the pool.

Liked: The location was great for the river walk. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. Helped that they have valet parking since there isn't alot of options for parking on weekends.
Disliked: The room was dirty and really dated. The TV stand and behind was full of dust. There was cracking paint on the patio above us. Mystery stains on the bathroom wall. Valet cost is exorbitant if only staying for a night.

Noises

Liked: It was right on the river walk accessible to everything.
Disliked: Room wasn’t worth the amount I paid for it. The room was duty and the tub appeared dirty. I called the front desk about the tub housekeeping came and cleaned it. So the tub smelled clean but the tub is stained I guess. Incidental fees were 100 per night parking was 55 per night none of that was disclosed anywhere. There was construction going on across the street that started everyday at 7am so no sleeping inn. The hotel provided ear plugs. It should have been mentioned somewhere so that guest can at least be aware of it before booking.

BMT Graduation with family

Liked: The location was excellent. We visited each of the restaurants and the staff at each were efficient and friendly. Durty Nelly's was really fun.The Valet staff were incredible,especially Ruben! He was just so outstanding. He offered suggestions when we had questions. He gave us water and even offered to get us coffee. We were there for my grandson's BMT graduation and I was so touched by the sincere congratulations that Ruben offered to him.
Disliked: The laundry facility could use serious updating. The product dispenser did not work and the dryer did not dry.
