I paid for a garden tub and didn't get it. I forgot my cigarettes in my car, which was valet parked. I sent the valet guy to get my cigarettes and he came with one pack. I had 3 in my car, so somebody stole 2 packs of cigarettes.

Disliked: my room was in the back, overlooking a. bunch of rooftops. It was small, with a weird shape. In all, not too desirable.

Liked: Great and convenient location to northwestern
Disliked: First room was unbearably loud at night. Was moved to a different room that was quiet, but very small. Fitness center under construction and was not informed. One of two slow elevators out of service.

Liked: The staff was outstanding. Even though we had some issues with our room, they were quick to respond and everyone there was exceptional. I thought the restaurant was pretty decent, especially the breakfasts.
Disliked: It seems like they have been doing some major rehab there, some of which was great. There were other things that looked they were trying to do on a budget. We actually had our whole window collapse into our room. We told the front desk and they immediately moved us into a different room, comped us for one night and gave us vouchers for breakfast There was also only one working elevator. The facilities still need some work but their staff was excellent.

Big 10 weekend in Evanston

Liked: Loved the staff, especially the valet staff and location was in a cute part of downtown and close to the campus which is why we were there.
Disliked: We were put in the most recently renovated room. It was very small, bathroom is tiny and some things were not complete. Still painters tape on the wall.
