Probably won't stay there again.

Liked: Location; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room to my liking and they won't let you use a luggage cart to take your baggage to your room - they try to force you into having to tip someone to do it. Had to pay to park. Didn't have king sized pillows on a king size bed.

Would search elsewhere to find other accommodation at a cheaper price; tired of being charged all these other charges and not told of any other charges when done on the computer.

Liked: Nice, clean and neat.
Disliked: Surcharge of $22.00 and charge for parking of $14.00 - not notified ahead of time.

Great staff and beautiful hotel.

Liked: We stopped on the way home from picking up my daughter from college. The valets were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to store my daughter’s gear so we could enjoy Orlando and not worry about driving a packed car everywhere.
Disliked: Nothing
