Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area

Probably won't stay there again.

Liked: Location; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room to my liking and they won't let you use a luggage cart to take your baggage to your room - they try to force you into having to tip someone to do it. Had to pay to park. Didn't have king sized pillows on a king size bed.

Would search elsewhere to find other accommodation at a cheaper price; tired of being charged all these other charges and not told of any other charges when done on the computer.

Liked: Nice, clean and neat.
Disliked: Surcharge of $22.00 and charge for parking of $14.00 - not notified ahead of time.

Disliked: Paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling in the tub; small amount of mold on ceiling.

Liked: Convenient to Disney Springs and all the parks. A few minute walk to Disney Springs and free shuttle to the parks were excellent!The pool was just the right temperature after walking around the parks all day!
Disliked: Only complaint was the cost to park at the hotel. :(

An all round great hotel...

Liked: Really friendly staff. A fantastic location with walk bridge to Disney Springs. Nice pool area and lobby.
Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms were a little dated.

Perfect combination of everything!

Liked: This property had everything and more than what we were looking for. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The amenities were great and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. And the pullout sofa mattress was actually very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
