Probably won't stay there again.

Liked: Location; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room to my liking and they won't let you use a luggage cart to take your baggage to your room - they try to force you into having to tip someone to do it. Had to pay to park. Didn't have king sized pillows on a king size bed.

Would search elsewhere to find other accommodation at a cheaper price; tired of being charged all these other charges and not told of any other charges when done on the computer.

Liked: Nice, clean and neat.
Disliked: Surcharge of $22.00 and charge for parking of $14.00 - not notified ahead of time.

Disliked: Paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling in the tub; small amount of mold on ceiling.

Expensive stay but great location.

Disliked: Did not get the room reserved and paid for. Reserved and paid for a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed for 3 adults and two children. Room had no sofa bed. Finally brought up two twin roll away beds that took up most of the room. They said they didn’t have what I had reserved and were booked solid.

Liked: Hiltons are always nice and this one did not disappoint. I love the proximity to Disney Springs. A quick walk over the pedestrian bridge and you're there! The room was updated and clean. There is even a market place for tasty treats!

Amazing location and lovely hotel!

Liked: The location was absolutely amazing! It was an easy and safe walk to Disney Springs. We were able to walk through the neighboring Saratoga Springs resort too and enjoy the beautiful views of Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we spent a day at the pool with live music and delicious drinks! We plan on returning to The Hilton LBV in a few years- it was wonderful!
