Great relaxing weekend!

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and the accommodation beautiful and clean.
Disliked: Some areas in need of an update but I believe they will be carrying out a refurbishment soon.

Disappointed

Liked: We were upgraded which was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't cleaned!. Tap leaking, steady hot water didn't seemed vexed Hair on the bath def not mine! Dirty pillow case left on side of bath.Did mention and pillow case was removed.Didn't seen vexed.

Great stay great location need...

Liked: Lots of work been done looks great fresh and clean
Disliked: Heat in rooms no air con and rooms got a little stuffy

Great experience

Liked: Very helpful and friendly reception staff, helped with a toothbrush, gowns and slippers.
Disliked: It’s a nice, quiet and clean hotel to stay. The reception team and breakfast staff were amazing at what they do- thank you for making my and my children stay such a great experience!The only thing that could be improved is non- working AC in the room- it was a very hot day (31C and a warm night). To be fair there was a fan in the room for us, but had to switch it off as I can’t sleep with it humming in the background (it wasn’t loud). I asked for a garden view beforehand and got it! Thank you
