Very nice I would stay...

Liked: Lean a lot of light and decor was upscale not shabby fit the Arizona vibe
Disliked: Not walking distance to town No balcony in our room Housekeeping was slacking after day one but they did remedy that after I complained

Liked: Really nice rooms and bathrooms. New and clean. Comfy beds. Restaurant had live music so that was cool. Nice covered parking.
Disliked: The water had an awful sulphur smell. When I told the front desk they didn’t seem to care much. Wrote it down. We were supposed to have Mountain View and our view was a dirt construction lot. No microwave in room which would have been nice. And no complimentary coffee in lobby. Even the Hilton garden inn has that! I was expecting more for the price but was disappointed. I’ll just stick to the lower price ones I guess.

Our family enjoyed our time...

Liked: Beautiful property and loved the pool area!
Disliked: The bed in our room was so low and very soft. We were in the handicapped room and my husband could hardly get up and down out of the king bed in our room. We loved the hotel but I don’t think we would stay there again because of the bed situation.

Management that deduct one night...

Liked: Nice property
Disliked: Unfortunately roaches were coming out of the bathroom sink called the front desk to speak to management and I was told “ welcome to Arizona” due to the session change Arizona has that problem. Was told the building was a 1 year old and that wouldn’t be possible.
