The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was very clean. The overall stay was good and I will come back again.

Disliked: Nothing to mention. Eating at the hotel was a little pricey.

Disliked: They overcharged me for a room I canceled out on 4 days before I get there and charge me for two rooms

Liked: The location.
Disliked: There were two consecutive days when our rooms were not cleaned on time. We were forced to wait in the lobby with four children for six and a half hours while they attempted to resolve the issue.

Will never stay here again!...

Disliked: Check In Staff was beyond rude! Couldn't sleep due to loud music below room in hotel restaurant.

Enjoyed my stay

Liked: Room size was great. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and shower was easy to use.
Disliked: Bathtub was too high to enter safely. Closet rod was too short.

Very good

Liked: I Loved the staff, the restaurants, the art work, the variety, and the location. This was not my first time, I will return again but probably only in the corner rooms that have nice showers.
Disliked: The bathroom tub in executive room 2117 was not the cleanest and very outdated. The executive rooms should have a modern large clean tub shower combo or just the modern sleek stand up showers like you have installed in the corner rooms . Next time I will be reluctant to pay extra to stay in executive suite if I have to settle for a mediocre bathing atmosphere.

Liked: The customer service was excellent from the front desk throughout.
Disliked: The valley service was very professional. The bell staff was very professional, but the wait time was extremely long on 1 day.
