Location reason we chose hotel...

Liked: Staff friendliness and good prepared breakfast.
Disliked: Room furniture in poor state..tired and worn…No fridge!

Affordable luxury on the Tyne

Liked: We loved the view and the fact it was 3 minutes walk from The Glasshouse. Breakfast was excellent and bar staff manager was a really nice chap.
Disliked: Windows that open.

Really enjoyed our stay ,the...

Liked: The location was fabulous with the room and the restaurant both having stunning views of Newcastle City Centre, breakfast was excellent across cooked and cold buffet
Disliked: It was a faff having to get the hilton app to obtain free WiFi
