Poor stay, expected more from...

Liked: Location and the lobby
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was poor Shower curtain needs replacing and bed had lipstick stains on the pillow.

Liked: For us the location is perfect, nice walk into the city. The hotel is lovely, fabulous views too. The reception areas are very comfortable and tasteful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: We had terrible disturbed sleep from rude guests returning between 2am and 3am shouting and singing happy birthday. This went on for sometime by different groups.

Liked: As you walk into reception you think wow this is fabulous the reception was clean and bright and smelt lovely
Disliked: The room., not very clean , under the bed was full of rubish from previous people that had been in , went in the shower there was no shampoo conditioner or body wash

Liked: Everything the staff were unreal and so freindly room was fantastic
Disliked: There was no black pudding at breakfast
