Liked: The room had. Great view and a very comfortable bed. A basic room but we slept well.
Disliked: The room was quite basic for the price. The hot water didn’t work at first but the hotel did send someone up to fix it within 10 minutes. The room did not come with any toiletries/ no bottles of water, and there were no drinking glasses - we did have some sent up by room service after a quick call. We were also surprised that the to didn’t have Netflix, that the tiling had been filled in the bathroom and that the WiFi was payable.

Liked: The room was excellent; lots of room, shower and a bath. The staff were very attentive and tried their very best to help. Very pleasant balcony area for a drink and quiet for working.
Disliked: The 6 EV chargers were all occupied despite the fact that 3 of them were electric vehicles not even plugged in and one vehicle was not even an electric vehicle. This was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel and made the day after very stressful trying to source an EV charger in the city that I could use before travelling back to Nottingham.The hotel needs to implement something to prevent this from happening in the future. Perhaps an overstay charge for those people who are just too selfish to regulate themselves. The staff tried to get cars moved but, for reasons unknown to me, could seemingly not locate all of the guests despite it being the hotel car park.

Amazing hotel with exceptional river...

Liked: On arrival the reception area was stylish, modern, functional and cosy. The front desk staff member who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. We chose a river view room and the view did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we return to the area again it is the only hotel we will look for accommodation in. The room was spacious with a stunning river view and a very clever/useful mirror/hairdryer setup which my wife loved. We would have no complaints
Disliked: While the bed was very comfortable it was slightly narrow. As keen coffee drinkers better coffee supplies would be a plus. I had to search my brain for these issues but it definitively would not stop me from rebooking again tomorrow. This hotel is a gem.

Liked: Everything has been great.A wedding party made the place busy but very well organized and managed.It was interesting to watch the Euro2024 final in the lobby despite the sad loss for England.
