The location was great! The...

Liked: I loved the location. We were only minutes from the Superdome, Bourbon Street, and other attractions. The location was easily accessible by streetcar, private car, or walking.
Disliked: The electricity was off for several hours. We were not notified, but were extremely inconvenienced. There was no WiFi. Since I'm a contract writer, I rely on internet when traveling to meet deadlines. The air conditioning also relies on electricity. Our room was not cleaned the first night.

Disliked: The very first night I checked into my room I went out to meet with some friends when I got back a very expensive pair of designer glasses were missing and I'm still arguing and back and forth with the hotel right now about it I had to file a police report with the New Orleans Police otherwise another hotel is really nice they just have thieves in there and they don't try to accommodate you and act like you're crazy person and you don't know what you brought with you and I really don't appreciate that I would never stay at a Hilton ever again in life and I'm a Hilton Honors member it's the worst experience I've ever had and I travel a lot

Passable

Liked: Location was decent.
Disliked: We didn't get the room we initially booked. Booked a king and instead got two double beds. The phone didn't work in the room and the hotel lost power for about 5 hours on the last morning of our trip. This hotel was booked for a birthday weekend getaway and when I inquired about another room the front desk told me to come back the next day with zero regards for accommodating the customer or making notes to get us in the room we initially booked. Then the whole losing power was just ridiculous.

Poor

Liked: Shunda one of the receptionist did the best she could to help the guest. That's the only good thing I could say.
Disliked: The inconvenience of the Hotel. The lights went out for 5 hours and we had to rush out of our room. I'm a diabetic and my insulin was ruined and that cost me 100 bucks that I didn't have. My sugar had dropped so low that I passed out in the hot car that I was sitting in waiting for family. The staff should have gave us a complementary water or something. They didn't offer us nothing and I don't think that was good service. Our checkout time was at 11 and the lights came back on at 10:30. Came with family and they could check out at 2. When I called the front desk the receptionist told me that the 2 pm capacity was full
