Liked: Area and breakfast
Disliked: I expected more out of an executive room. It was the same as a regular room

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We booked a double room for our honeymoon, we were allocated a twin room. When challenged, the man on the desk said "that's what you get when you don't pay full price and book through a website like booking.com. We can't change your room we have no doubles available". This was despite having double rooms available for that night on their website. I spoke to Hilton through Facebook and by the following morning, magically a double room appeared and we were given that the male member of staffs attitude was a disgrace and enough to prevent me from ever booking a Hilton hotel again. He completely embarrassed us in front of other guests by questioning our booking methods and couldn't have been less helpful if he had tried!

Liked: Bed was very comfortable and we were able to adjust the temperature in the room to suit our needs.

Disliked: Checked in and was informed that they have overbooked their rooms. They sent us to a different hotel "for free" for the first night. Only we wound up actually getting charged for it, and the manager refused to credit the account... which involved me being on the phone with Hilton for 40 minutes to fix it. Oh, and the second night we were at the Hilton a leak started from the ceiling and we had to have an engineer come in in the middle of the night to fix it. That's fine, things happen. But for the management to be rude and belittling when it was THEIR mathematical error ( and then refuse to admit it), is just mind boggling.

Disliked: The breakfast was cold, and the facility needs to be upgraded i.e bathroom in room, carpet, fresh paint.
