Liked: The restaurant! Amazing breakfast!
Disliked: We had a loud group next to us, and they weren’t able to switch our room. I know it wasn’t there for because they were booked, but it was just annoying!

Outside of the hotel it...

Liked: Location was perfect. Starbucks and Smoothie King are right across the street… 3 blocks away from everything! The property itself is clean… the room not so much.
Disliked: They do not wash the downs comforter that is in the bed! Filthy!!!! Bathroom was not clean. Mold though out toilet. Didn’t sweep. Towels were damp that they put in bathroom…

Liked: The location was everything that I was looking for. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing was unlikeable. Everything was great and acceptable. We will be staying at this same hotel the next time we come to New Orleans.
