Disliked: double charge , as staff stated that they didn't received from booking confirmation even though we have had confirmation number.

Liked: Didn’t eat any meals at the hotel; convenient to the Riverwalk
Disliked: That you had to pay to park at the hotel- that should be applied to outsiders only

We really enjoyed the city...

Liked: The location was great. Your concierge was great and helped us with locating great restaurants and highlights of the city. She was extremely friendly with an amazing personality.
Disliked: We thought when we checked in and checked out the front desk receptionists could have been a little friendlier. They seemed all business, no smiles. When we checked out were not even asked how are stay was, and it was not busy either time. It may have been a bad day for them but a friendly face is more welcoming.
