Hotel and room was very, very nice. Any future trips to Nashville, we plan to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Location Location Location! The event at the Bridgestone Arena right next door; everything we wanted to do downtown was in walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing was that the toliet was really loud when it was filling up. I accused my husband of leaving the water running in the sink.

Liked: Concert hall is so close.
Disliked: Construction noise from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Sunday construction at 9a.m. - really?

Disliked: Stayed for 3 nights the front desk was not friendly and not helpful. The would refer us to the concierge to get answers and we did not fin the concierge not one time in 3 days. When we would ask the front desk where to find the person they did not locate or call or seem concern what so ever. When paying 500.00-600.00 per night we expected much better service.
