Hotel and room was very, very nice. Any future trips to Nashville, we plan to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Location Location Location! The event at the Bridgestone Arena right next door; everything we wanted to do downtown was in walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing was that the toliet was really loud when it was filling up. I accused my husband of leaving the water running in the sink.

Absolutely loved the location and...

Liked: Loved the location to Broadway and everything that was going on!! The hotel was very clean, quiet, loved the Executive lounge for coffee and snacks! We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! Wish it was a little less expensive though.
Disliked: Pretty expensive per night!!

Superb

Liked: Excellent breakfast (thank you Susie for the omelets!), Excellent concierge service (thank you Flo for the advices !). Excellent valet service (thank you Lex for changing our flat tire !). One block away from Broadway, one block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame, perfect location.
Disliked: In spite of the double glazed windows, we could still hear the noise from Broadway late at night

Location, location, location

Liked: Location, amenities and cleanliness were fantastic. Breakfast was a great selection and the Italian restaurant on-site amazing. As a female solo traveller always felt safe and having the hotel so close helped with this.
Disliked: Night time noise, but it was the memorial weekend holiday so extra busy. Putting earplugs in solved the problem and it was worth it for location. Lighting in room could be a bit brighter.

Disliked: Open design that exposed many rooms to interior lobby and the noise of drunken people. This impacted our sleep. Also, surprised to not find USB power in the room.
