Disappointing

Liked: The location to the beach was nice.
Disliked: All rooms were beach view but from the direction of the hotel you had more of a view of the roof.Our room was on an exterior corridor rather than in the hotel and I didn’t realize this was an option.Our AC was initially not working and room very warm, especially since an outdoor corridor, maintenance came and AC was turned on but then would not turn off unless balcony door was open but then there was a constant smoke smell. Room was not very clean, mini Oreos found on the floor by the bed. TV was outdated with no ability to stream, had only local cable channels so not conducive to a fun movie night. Hotel hosted an indoor pool but be prepared it is a 10 min shuttle ride away and closes at 6-6:30.The Wet Whistle outdoor pool bar was a nightmare, 2 staff and maybe 8-10 customers but I had to wait over 30 min to even be acknowledged. Would expect more from a Hilton so would not stay again for the price.

Overall, I stay was nice....

Liked: My family like the swimming pools and hot tub. The outside tiki bar was nice.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a heated pool. Some of the rooms need to be updated.

I enjoyed it but just...

Disliked: Not much to do . Parking deck was awful

Disliked: The fact they resort had no electricity and the employees that allowed me to check in didn’t even let me know instead of giving me the option to look for another hotel took my money had to go to another resort so I would never go back

Overall good third time staying...

Liked: We didn’t have AC but the staff was willing to move us to another room. Staff helpful and friendly. TEd and Dale at the wet whistle were awesome.
