Very enjoyable, our second time...

Liked: Met a lovely lady at breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly. Called me by name every morning. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We had no complaints.

Paking fee is extremely expensive!

Liked: White sausages were very nice. Generally white sausages are available only in the morning. Restaurants don't provide them in the evening. Therefore, it is very pleasant to find white sausages at the breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: I noticed that an additional charge of €50 was made to my credit card after my recent stay at your hotel.I believe this may be related to breakfast, but since it should have already been covered by my deposit, it seems I was charged again. I need to contact the hotel to ask for a refund. It's very onerous.
