Bad room and experience but...

Liked: Location and staff were amazing.
Disliked: There were 4 people in this room, we were provided with 2 face clothes and 3 towels.The carpet was dirty and the beds uncomfortable. And just the bring this all into perspective the people above our room were bouncing balls until 11.15 at night so my 2 small grandchildren did not sleep. I was expecting alot more comfort after driving 4.5 hrs and spending almost $500 fir room and meals.

it was good except few...

Liked: It’s clean and convenient. Swimming , restaurant , 24hrs ready to eat snack shop available.
Disliked: There should be one microwave and smart tv to make it completely comfortable as customers are paying along and it doesn’t make any sense to pay extra for microwave. Plus smart tv is basic these days so that clients can enjoy their stay. Also one of the security person or somebody from staff knocked our door and asked to lower the volume of tv was weird. Even no body complained and it was on normal volume but still she was not supposed to knock our door. Not professional atall. Night duty staff also refused to send some housekeeping stuff we requested in our room and asked to come down to get it.

Staff very kind but venue...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly, they really tried to rectify all the situations, however, I just felt the hotel itself really did not meet my expectations, especially being Hilton.
Disliked: Odor in one room, then got moved, AC was rattling and so loud, couldn't sleep with it on ( and it was hot), they tried to get an engineer to help and he did as best as he could. No smart TV, phone was not working, indoor pool under maintenance and in room service not working.

Disliked: Paid parking, and they didn't add points to my Hilton honors because i booked through 3rd party

Pleasant stay overall, very nice...

Disliked: Pool should have had bins for clean and used towels. Room wasn’t cold enough despite AC on full blast.
