Disliked: Bathtub floor is concave and narrow. Awkward for most, dangerous for anyone with even mild mobility issues. Recommended the hotel to a friend but advised to get an accessible room.

Disliked: It was a very nice hotels, my second time there. the only downsize I didn't like the fact that it is pet friendly.

Disliked: I did not like the fact that when I called for extra pillows like I always do for the last seven years, I was told we were only allowed one. Apparently it is due to the fact that people are sleeping on the ground. That was disappointing.
