When you go to this hotel, you're instantly greeted by friendly and reliable valets who can steer you in the direction you need to go. The customer service at the Hilton is unmatched, and you will feel like royalty during your stay. The hotel is gorgeous, and the ocean-front rooms give you a beautiful view of the ferry boats and cruise lines. You can also see the beautiful city of Miami light up at night, and it is an amazing sight. The food from the hotel's restaurant is good, but it is a bit pricey (averaging $20 per entree with nothing else added), and there are so many another food options to choose from in Miami that you're better off exploring those. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, and if you get the chance to stay here, TAKE IT!
Liked: The hotel is beautiful and service is outstanding.
Disliked: The food was okay, but expensive.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great views!
Disliked: Housekeeping bothered us 3 times on the morning of check out, starting at 8:30 a.m., and check out wasn't even until noon!

The arrival for self drivers is ludicrous. Either the architect or the client that briefed him had never taken the trouble to visualise how complicated it is to undertstand how the hotel is organised. The signage only adds to the confusion. I felt sorry for the reception desk staff who have to answer for this baffling arrangement every day. Significantly distracts from a good stay.
Liked: The room was very nice.
Disliked: Circulation is complicated and poorly signposted.

All in all the stay...
Liked: Overall we (myself and family) were happy with our stay at this hotel. The view from our room overlooking the Port and bay area was amazing.
Disliked: The service and staff were OK as well. Although I got the feeling they were fairly disconnected from the personal service side of things and just conveyed rigid professionalism. At least that is better than being slack and unprofessional so I will take it. The real problem is that considering what we paid for a night's stay here we still had to pay a separate fee for parking. I get it, it's a big city and parking is at a premium. However I do not recall this additional fee being disclosed on the booking.com listing. Maybe it was and I just didn't see it, either way it probably wouldn't have changed my decision to book the stay but at least I would not have been caught off guard.

Disliked: We call to the help desk to let them know that the TV was not working at all. We were told that they would let the technician know. No one came no one and no one call to check the status of the concern

A Wonderful Stay
Liked: The property is located in central part of Miami and is relatively close to everything. From the Port of Miami to the Miami International Airport, everything is close. I also like the elevators-though it takes some time to get use to. I also like the fact that the staff are very friendly. You can tell most are new, but I've seen instances where they have gone above and beyond. The room was cool. I don't remember much of it quite honestly other than that i did cut my finger on it, but that was my fault. Overall, I definitely will keep coming back to this hotel. This was my second stay here. First time was in 2021 and now four years later, it's still a great place.
Disliked: The cost of valet parking is ridiculous at $45 a night as of June 2025 and if you don't know how parking works in Miami, it just makes more sense to have someone park your vehicle somewhere and not have to worry about it. I think you should forego renting a car in Miami and just do Ubers. I spent $175 bucks in Ubers for 3 days but I took many of those during peak hours. All I'm saying is don't do valet and just get an Uber. Also another thing that could use improvement is the workout room. It's small, and isn't meant for the number of people it think it can handle by the number of treadmills and elepticals in that piece. I was not expecting a full gym, however I was expecting for the size, less treadmills, less elepticals and at least some air conditioning which is there none. The view is nice, but the overall experience is more like you should do a quick 30 minute routine with dumbells and leave.

Clean, friendly staff, high price...
Liked: Room price was decent, the room was clean, beds were pretty comfortable, staff was friendly.
Disliked: They charged $45 for valet, there is no other option to park your car, the breakfast in the hotel was $32 per person for a buffet that is similar to a complimentary continental breakfasts in other hotels, the elevator system was a joke, you would wait 15+ minutes for an elevator then it would stop on every floor for people wanting to go the opposite direction of where you were going, there were no up or down arrows, you could take the stairs but then you would end up by the outdoor pool not in the lobby. We had a late check out of 1:00 pm and housekeeping was knocking to clean by 12:55. If I goto Miami again I would not stay here.
