Hilton Miami Downtown

When you go to this hotel, you're instantly greeted by friendly and reliable valets who can steer you in the direction you need to go. The customer service at the Hilton is unmatched, and you will feel like royalty during your stay. The hotel is gorgeous, and the ocean-front rooms give you a beautiful view of the ferry boats and cruise lines. You can also see the beautiful city of Miami light up at night, and it is an amazing sight. The food from the hotel's restaurant is good, but it is a bit pricey (averaging $20 per entree with nothing else added), and there are so many another food options to choose from in Miami that you're better off exploring those. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, and if you get the chance to stay here, TAKE IT!

Disliked: Housekeeping bothered us 3 times on the morning of check out, starting at 8:30 a.m., and check out wasn't even until noon!

The arrival for self drivers is ludicrous. Either the architect or the client that briefed him had never taken the trouble to visualise how complicated it is to undertstand how the hotel is organised. The signage only adds to the confusion. I felt sorry for the reception desk staff who have to answer for this baffling arrangement every day. Significantly distracts from a good stay.

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Great location to the port, breakfast was basic and not worth the money, but the bed was extremely comfortable

Liked: $45 for parking when I’m already paying to stay at the property
Disliked: The valet was nice but it was inconvenient not being able to run to the car to grab something without having to wait on someone to bring it but all the valet staff was kind and professional

Disliked: they have one parking but they trying to be clever and charging separately for it 45 dollars

Disliked: Customer service was sub-par. The bell-hops had an attitude and didn't bring our luggage up to our room, so after waiting for more than 30 minutes, we went down to get our luggage ourselves. Guests are forced to valet park. No self-parking option available at the hotel. Inconsideration from other guests (running in hallway, loud at all times of the night).
