Nice staff, clean facilities, area...

Liked: Clean and felt really safe (despite the area), the beds were super comfy.
Disliked: The property was good, the surrounding area was the Centro and felt a bit over run

Liked: Staff was absolutely helpful, polite, not obsequious or over-present. Restaurant on premises very good. Rate was acceptable for a professional tip. Concierge reliable and helpful.
Disliked: Some amenities were a bit aged (bathroom sink, for example) but altogether quite good.

Liked: Friendly staff, location and the view from the 22nd floor were the plus points
Disliked: Disposable glasses kept instead of cups, dated look of the interior of the room, lack of a magnifying mirror and no amenities kept in the bathroom - there were some negatives

A great stay, wonderful staff...

Liked: Hilton does a great job, always delivering a good experience and great service. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of space, light, and views! Breakfast is delicious and with a wide menu. Fitness and business centers are nice, quiet, and great for getting work (and work out) done.
Disliked: The bathrooms need to be redone, as their 1970s architecture is uncomfortable. The bathtub has a wide edge, that must be straddled to get into the shower (but doing so offsets your balance, so you slip on wet tile).
