I would recommend staying in this hotel.

Liked: The room was definitely up to the Hilton standard that one might expect. The views of Memphis from my room were spectacular, especially at sunset and sunrise. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. All of the staff were friendly, with smiles of welcome on their faces.
Disliked: I stayed at this Hilton when it was new. I was very disappointed in the lobby. It was cold and noisy. The bar needs to be offset a little so that one might enjoy a beverage in a calm and comfortable setting. I didn't like the concierge area being essentially non private for checking in or out.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location, close to the our destination and major roads we were taking into and out of the city. Hotel was clean, as well. We felt safe. there was security present in the parking lot so we felt safe leaving our vehicle there. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The provisions market staff were wonderfully friendly and having a coffee shop (Starbucks) inside was a plus. The bartenders were excellent at the hotel bar. Overall we were satisfied.
Disliked: The hotel is definitely older but well maintained. I would have liked for there to have been a few more in room amenities for the price, like complimentary water, etc.

Liked: The hotel as a whole was great.
Disliked: I got in late at night, and they did not have the 2 beds that I reserved. They put us in a 1 bed King until the next day. I was able to get a 2 bed.

Liked: Most of the staff were amazing. I had no problem interacting with the staff. Some of them even went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel is by a very busy highway, this shouldnt have been an issue, however the windows were so thin that you could hear the highway very clearly in the room. The windows fogged up, condensation, water beading down. Bed way too hard. Had body pain from it

Liked: Water feature, decent bar, very pleasant restaurant host in main lobby
Disliked: Adjoining room assigned on lower fitness center level, very noisy, panel on AC access in bathroom fell off in the middle of the night - loud and scary!
