Disliked: This is not the quality I would expect from a 5-star hotel.The location, the room, the breakfast, and the service were all disappointing.For a room booked for 3 people, only one toothbrush set was provided, and there were only two bathrobes. There were no razors or slippers either.Most importantly, I was charged twice, and over $1,000 was held for a week — which meant I couldn't use that money during my trip.
