Exceptional
Liked: The staff was very accommodation and kind
Disliked: Our first night was awful the people beside us were very loud till 2 in the morning and try getting into our room. For the price of the room it was very upsetting. I did call front desk and they ask them to quiet down but that didn't last long and they were back at it.

We won't be staying again.
Liked: The view of the beach was good, and the hotel, pool, and beach were easily accessible. The food and service were good. For the most part, it was clean.
Disliked: I called on our way because a 14-hour trip took 20 hours because of traffic. I called as a courtesy to let the hotel know we would be late. I was told if I wasn't there by a certain time, they would give our room away for being a no-show. I also booked our stay through Booking.com, and Hilton does not like that. They didn't want to communicate directly with us and kept telling me to call Bookings. We got there at 11 am and we were very tired. Our TV didn't work in our room, there is no exhaust in the bathrooms, and no door on the shower. The bathroom door was so heavy and wouldn't stay open. On Saturday, the maintenance man Doug tried fixing our TV all day with no prevail. We were told it was unfixable. We went Friday evening and all day Saturday with no TV. We are supposed to be on vacation. It took several calls to get a fan to the room because the air is pre-set to 68. We finally got the fan, and it was making a thumping noise. We went on Sunday and spoke with the General Manager, Carlos. I told him we felt like we were being treated differently bc we booked through bookings.com, and we were Hilton members, if they didn't like bookings, not to offer their rooms on there. They offered us a king suite on Sunday because our TV didn't work. Which was an upgrade, well, that TV didn't work either. Then they offered us free dinners, beach chairs, and parking. Yeah, you pay $16 a day to park there while we watched families, who weren't staying at the hotel, enter the hotel in beach gear to use the pool and facilities. Are they paying $16 to park? Doubt it. This is an older Hilton that needs repairs and a leader. I wanted to have a staff meeting before I left to address the dysfunction and miscommunication with the staff. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone and was being punked the whole time. There are no microwaves in the rooms, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire time. Do better Hilton!!

Superb
Liked: Everything especially the location being that hotel is right on the beach, it has an onsite tiki bar, great food for a few and it's across the street from Walmart and other stores and restaurants.
Disliked: That breakfast wasn't free. On one side of the bldg it's a super small balcony just enough room for u to barley stand on but the south side of the hotel has a larger balcony with chairS
