So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.

Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

We enjoyed our visit to...

Liked: The location is Super and the staff are friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is very very tired and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Cloud 23 looks awful and its prices don't represent its current state.

A clinical and outdated hotel...

Liked: The view and the staff were great - it's not their fault - The staff were very polite and friendly - but everything else was awful - a complete rip off - £300 for a filthy room with 1999 office furniture -
Disliked: The rooms are very tired - in great need of a refurb - beaten up old furniture from minimum 20 years ago. - office chairs in room - old dirty smelly carpet - chipped formica everywhere - no USB sockets which speaks of the date the last time these rooms were updated - dirty paint on walls - Terrible room service - cold pizza delivered at midnight and charged £17 - Not a nice stay and will certainly never return -

Liked: The view was amazing and the pillows was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: I found hair on the hand towels, and the bathtub. The bathroom slab had not been wiped. Also it would be nice to connect to streaming services. What's the point of having a TV
