So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.

Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Lovely city stay in Manchester

Liked: Lovely views of the city of Manchester, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great. Tea and coffee provided in the room

Hotel average, refund process utterly...

Liked: Hotel is close to a car park.
Disliked: Iron constantly leaked all over my clothes. Toilet wouldn't flush - notified staff who committed to fixing, nothing resolved during the entire stay. Hotel did give a refund but due to reasons I cannot fathom, I'm told that it will take 90 days for Booking.com to release the funds. Enjoy the interest from my money Booking.com, along with however many other customers you hold to this perverse arrangement.

Great location but won’t stay...

Liked: I have loved this Hotel for many years. An iconic building on the Manchester landscape , location excellent. Breakfast very good
Disliked: It is now very dated and needs lots of work doing. Rooms very tired. We had to be moved because bath broken in ours. I got locked in the downstairs toilet a cubicle wouldn’t unlock and staff had to come let me out. Cloud 24 dirty and tired. Such a shame Hilton has let it go so much
