So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.

Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Disliked: Room was in need of some TLC Scratched surfaces , stains on carpet not what you’d expect at “Hilton” or at the price I really couldn’t feel the difference between a premier inn and that room - I stay in hotels a lot with work and was disappointed Pool/ spa area disappointing for this calibre of hotel Pool was very cold, steam room not working 4 beds poolside and when we were in 15+ people

Disliked: The shower is terrible, better showers in the premier inn, a long lamp shade dangling directly over your pillow. Not very well designed rooms. No bathrobe in non executive rooms.

Disliked: No plugs next to the bed. We booked high floor and when we checked in we was assured that they will be plugs next to the bed. There were ants in the bathroom.
