So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.
Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Excellent Location to Explore the...
Liked: The location is excellent — right in Deansgate, within easy walking distance of the city center, shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. It’s also very convenient for exploring Manchester’s main attractions on foot or by public transport. With comfortable beds, good amenities, and such a prime location, it’s a great choice for both short visits and longer stays in Manchester.

Disliked: The fact that they charged us twice, reception staff not very knowledgeable. Queuing to book in.

Not a 5 star hotel...

Disliked: They was going through a change when we arrived it wasn’t the Hilton we expected. The bathroom get to steamy mold on walls. It’s for sure not a 5 star hotel!

not worth the money
Liked: room was nice and had a good view
Disliked: very poor communication from staff, I tried to get in contact for 2 months to ask for room packages on an email they gave me when i booked, could not get through to anyone on the phone and when i did they didn’t know what they was doing, when i eventually got the packages emailed too me 2 days before my stay i emailed back straight away with what package i wanted and when i got to the hotel they said ‘we have lost access to emails due to a brand change’ even though they had contacted me on that email themselves and gave me that email to message after already telling me about the brand change, definitely very over priced considering how little you get in the room £250 for one night is shocking also told me opening and closing times for everything in the hotel apart from the pool so me and my boyfriend came home from our night out early to go in the pool for a bit to find out it closed at 9pm? Would have been nice for someone to let us know beforehand as we came home at 9pm to enjoy the pool, staff do not have a clue what they’re doing and definitely need to communicate with each other and customers better
