Good

Liked: Great Breakfast, beds too short
Disliked: We haven´t been told in advance (i.e. at booking) that it is impossible to leave the hotelgarage on the departure day between 7.30am and 2.30 pm due to the Mainz Marathon. This caused us to get up very early on a Sunday and was a real bad experience.

Liked: Location and the dogs gifts.
Disliked: I don't recommend the restaurant&bar. For a Hilton restaurant has a low quality.

Luxurious hotel in a great...

Liked: Ideal location on the edge of the Old Town, overlooking the Rhine River, enabled plenty of opportunities to explore the areas around the hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quality breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Disliked: Overall satisfaction is high so no complaints.

Liked: Beautiful situation on river
Disliked: Breakfast terrific but other meals not good. Expensive and not very tasty. Ubers difficult to get and local taxis overcharged.
