Liked: The location was nice as it was close to the Americana and Glendale Galleria for shopping. There?s also a free shuttle to and from these shopping areas. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in the room. Bathroom was a bit smaller then usual.

Good stay. Nice staff. Silly...
Liked: Really nice staff and a comfortable stay
Disliked: You did not provide free drinking water You charged $6 for a .05 cent bottle of substandard bottled water. That?s just tacky

Liked: Rooms made up quickly.
Disliked: -I checked in and the security lock on the adjoining room did not work. A maintenance man fixed it. -The internet did not work for 6 days. l I have Verizon. It worked everywhere else in LA. I called the front desk and tried multiple times to connect. I spoke to technical assistance. I also spoke to the concierge. -I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich from the bar. I got a sandwich with bacon, tomato, and cheese. I am a - vegetarian so that wasn't okay. Then I returned it and got 2 slices of processed cheese inside 2 pieces of bread. -I went to check out. There was only ONE person at the counter at 9am. There was a line. The bellhop tried to help but the computer wasn't working properly. I was overcharged $400. I was told to wait. I explained that I HAD to get to the airport. I could not wait. My 95 1/2 year old mother was sitting there and had not eaten breakfast yet. Some young "punks" were behind me and using vulgar language because I didn't want to sit on the side and let other people go ahead of me. I asked the bellhop to tell them NOT to talk to me because I felt uncomfortable. He just stood there. Clearly he felt uncomfortable and threatened as well. The woman behind the desk smiled and said she wanted to please all of the guests. HOWEVER, I was not pleased. So what could have been done? Clearly, another capable checkout person should have been contacted to assist prompt checkout. Internet should have been available.
