4 star hotel, 1 star...

Liked: Staff tried really hard but that was about it.
Disliked: Everything. Waited 4h for our room to be done just for it to be dirty and unmade. Fridge was unplugged which we didn't realise, food went bad because of that. Were sent up and down to front desk with no solution. Waited long for service at breakfast/lunch. Just overall disappointing for a Hilton.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was good
Disliked: There was no lighting in the self-parking lot, the lights were not working and made it difficult to walk in the parking lot at night. Also, did not like that our room keys kept deactivating and would not work when needed to get into our rooms or in/out of parking lot, had to reset them twice during our stay.

Felt ripped off the moment...

Liked: The room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Having to pay 45 dollars per day to park your car on an unguarded lot across the street is not hospitality, it’s milking your guests. It put a stink on the whole experience. Then when you want to use the WiFi you have to fill out all your details and agree to receive their promos. Or you can pay 10$ a day if you don’t want that. What hotel charges for WiFi that these days?The pool is OK, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working and it’s right by the freeway.
