Disliked: The room was filthy. When you opened the cabinet door where the refrigerator was in, there was food spilled on the cabinet door. I had Clorox wipes with me and cleaned it myself. I was so tired from traveling a long time I did not call for housekeeping. The bathroom was disgusting. The coating on the tub was pealing and it was hard to take a shower. When I went to take a shower I saw what looked like ?poop? on the shower curtain. Without touching it I used the Clorox wipes to clean it. It was on the outside curtain so it didn?t affect taking a shower. If I wasn?t so exhausted from traveling I would have said something. No toilet paper was visible we found it in a drawer. The rug had a hole in it. Everything was dusty. I spoke to the person that checked me out. I wanted to talk to a manager and was given a phone number and extension. No one has called me back. I was told all managers were in a meeting. I think it is ridiculous that a manager can?t be pulled aside to help with a situation with a customer. I paid $415 a night for the room. I only cared about seeing my family especially my Dad and brother on Fathers Day. Too much money for such a disgusting room. I was supposed to get a free breakfast. When I checked in I was never told I had 2 breakfast vouchers. Usually they give you details about when and where breakfast was served. I didn?t use the vouchers because the room was so dirty I didn?t know how the kitchen would be. I returned the voucher with my key cards. I?m shocked that the name Hilton is on the hotel. Was as far from the quality you would expect with the name Hilton. Very disappointed and still waiting for someone to call me back about my stay.. I guess the meeting is lasting a long time.

Liked: The lobby bar was very nice, in fact we invited family and friends there to have a drink in between the Wedding and the reception.
Disliked: The room was dated and very stark. There was an ironing board with no iron. A single serve coffee pot no water bottles no creamer. The hair dryer was old and stuffed in a drawer that didn?t close properly. The first night we thought a branch was hitting the window because of the wind but after 3 nights we realized it was some sort of loud pump going on around the clock. It wasn?t at all what I expected from a Hilton property.

Disliked: The attitude when we checked in. I was told we did not have a reservation and the gentlemen basically looked at me like "leave!" I stood there and asked him to check again and he was very annoyed and then realized he had spelled my name wrong. Absolutely unacceptable attitude and tone.

Major renovation needed
Liked: Free parking
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly or helpful during check in process. There was no bar of soap despite other Hilton and non Hilton brand having the day before and after our stay. Tired of places using Covid to justify neglecting their duties. The room had holes in the door, the shower rod was attached to a crack in the wall. The closet was partial height. The lighting was atrocious. I can keep going but this place needs a major overhaul to continue to have people pay such outrageous rates for the stay.
