Liked: The location was excellent, close to all Long Beach attractions. Also, a reasonable distance from Los Angeles and Orange County.
Disliked: The need to pay for parking.

Disliked: There were hairs on my pillows and my dry towels in the bathroom.

Nice hotel in a bad...

Liked: The coffee shop and the free beverages in the lobby for all guests. The free shuttle to the cruise port was helpful.
Disliked: Long walk to all beaches. The closest beach within walking distance was Alamitos Beach the walk was very sketchy and we felt very unsafe. The beach was dirty and very populated with locals and homeless people. The entire area smelled of weed the entire stay.

Liked: Ashley and the front desk staff greeted us upon arrival, our room wasn't ready yet, but we went and had lunch in the bar area, and the server and bartender was outstanding. Everyone was pleasant, by the time we finished lunch, our room was ready. The refreshments in the lobby was an excellent touch, flavored waters, teas, etc. Front desk also gave us bottled water, which was very nice. Before arriving I had read the reviews, most said the staff wasnt friendly, but decided to take a chance, and we wasn't disappointed, will definitely stay again before cruising out. The lobby was beautiful, most importantly the staff was friendly, accommodating, and just gave top-notch service.
Disliked: Enjoyed everything.
