Pleasant

Liked: It is close to where I wanted to visit a friend.It was quiet. The room was alright. There was no mirror by the table where the hair-drier plugged in . I cannot stand up to dry my hair due to a back condition. There was no overhead light; just hall and bedside lights.
Disliked: The price of a large glass of wine was £17.75. That is extortionate. The food was alright.

Very good

Liked: I was travelling for work, so did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. The gym was really nice and big and had a great variety. The breakfast was nice but the space a bit small. My room was nice and clean, with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only small issue I had was there was no aircon, and due to it being close to the road was noisy so I had to close my windows.

Comfy and convenient

Liked: Fantastic location in terms of getting from the airport and into Watford
Disliked: Maybe the noise of the road would have been an issue had our room been closer to that side but nothing effected us

Liked: Good location for getting the train into London.
Disliked: Hilton is not what it used to be, it’s very basic which for the price is not what you want. It’s not particularly clean only surface level clean.

Exceptional

Liked: So helpful on reception nothing to much trouble comfortable beds and pillows very clean.
