Fantastic weekend and would definitely...

Liked: Quality hotel in an excellent location, the room we had was very well equipped, very clean and spacious. Breakfast choice was also excellent
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Great location and exceptional service.

Location is the only reason.

Liked: The location is simply amazing as it's very central and with easy access to many sites and transportation hubs.
Disliked: Many things are not as good. The bed is not comfortable. They make a king bed out of two twin beds and the middle crack is evident while you are trying to get some sleep on those quite hard mattresses. The bathroom is one of the worst I've seen in a while: it's very large, but the place for the shower above the bath is very narrow and the whole room gets wet if you take a shower and not a bath. It's also very slippery. More advance aged people may have serious issues with accessing the shower. Room service is erratic and unreliable in all senses: sometimes the food is ok, sometimes it's not. Sometimes they answer the phone to take your order, sometimes they don't. The water caddy for tea and coffee in the room is disgustingly dirty. Staff could also be friendlier.

Hair spoilt the whole experience

Liked: The bed was quite big and location good
Disliked: We found hair in the eggs while having breakfast :(

Liked: Location and rooms were nice.
Disliked: There was alot of disturbance from the corridors from 5 am until 9 am or soSomeone also knocked our door early morning

Very good

Liked: Great location and also good breakfast. The staff was very friendly when asked to print out some documents and generally very helpful.They made an exception when we asked to order food from the restaurant to the lobby while watching football.
Disliked: Overpriced, but I guess that's across the whole industry at the moment.
