Liked: Exceptional staff and location Our stay at Hilton London Tower Bridge was simply wonderful. The location was perfect — just a short stroll to Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and so many London highlights. What truly made it special, though, was the customer service.Suprise welcome gift with a personalized card in our room and a coloring book with pencils for the little one! Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. A special thanks to the checking staff, breakfast manager Beatrice, the chef, and the night hostess ( Robi) for their exceptional care and kindness — you truly went above and beyond. The combination of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality made our time here unforgettable. We highly recommend the hotel and we will be back.

Liked: The room was excellent - except for the air con. We could not get it to go down below 23 degrees which is too hot for both of us to sleep satisfactorily. However, the room was nice and quiet. The location was perfect for visiting Guys Hospital and for a variety of eating places round about.
