Liked: The staff was nice and adjusted my request to change the room because the first which was assigned to my family had a bad smell of mold
Disliked: The room was quite small for 3 people

Liked: The reception area was very clean, modern, staff friendly and professional
Disliked: The bedrooms let the hotel down, small, dated, badly laid out, extremely creaky bed that kept you awake

Liked: Lovely bar and restaurant, breakfast very good. Staff are very helpful.
Disliked: While the bar/restaurant was lovely, I thought it was quite expensive. Also, the hotel was further from tube stations than I believed from reading description when booking.

Liked: The room was very small and had old furniture. I didn't even sleep. I left after 15 minutes. I have asked for a refund, but no one even cares to answer me.

Disliked: - Getting out of the parking lot requires reception to buzz you out, and you can end up waiting quite a while.- Parking isn’t included and costs an extra £40.- The quality doesn’t match the price — you could find similar elsewhere for half the cost.- Rooms are dated and clearly in need of renovation.- There’s only one lift for the entire floor, and the layout is a confusing maze with multiple steps — very inconvenient when carrying luggage.- Reception asked for ID at check-in, which isn’t typical based on my experience in the UK.- The room lighting was poor, with no spotlights and only side lamps, leaving it feeling dim and gloomy.

Very good location

Liked: Great location to explore the Kensington area. The hotel decor is retro with underground car parking with easy access to shops and Tube. Breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: The boys found the sofa bed uncomfortable and the shower above bath on the small side with no no box thus requiring towers in the floor to drain over spilling.
