on the whole, my stay...

Liked: the room was good. location was excellent. it took me just five minutes to walk to the Westfields mall. the staff are very helpful and kind.
Disliked: there were issues with whether my booking included breakfast. i had booked through a third party and breakfast was included. however, on the second day, i was told breakfast was not included and i had to pay an extra 19 pounds for that. it was however rectified after the third day but that was after i had spent an extra sixty pounds

Disliked: Very dated and scuffed furniture bathroom and shower dirty power of the shower and heating was very poor bed was standard pillow very flat ....£199 for a dated small room also very poor facilities

Below expectations

Liked: Not far to walk to Tube station
Disliked: Noisy outside with traffic and constant sirens. Noisy outside bedroom on the corridor talking, slamming doors. Noisy people in the next door room which had an interconnecting door between us. TV did not work, no power. We got up early to leave, never would stay there again.
